Game notes are up:  http://gocolgateraiders.com.s3.amazonaws.com/documents/2016/10/11/Colgate_FB_Game_Notes_Bucknell_.pdf

Holland back as the starter in the 2 deep, still no Castillo.  Would be nice to see the team get back on track and start making a push towards an over .500 record, still a goal that's achievable & worth pursuing.

I think Holland was listed last week as starter but didn't play.

Radio broadcast mentioned that Holland was expected to play, in a limited fashion, but was a late scratch.

Castillo did play last week, but Holland did not.  On Friday he told coaches it still hurt.

When things are not working most teams make lineup changes.  The Raiders seldom change unless for injuries.  Give people shots.

You should have seen the comments last year when we lost the first five games of the year. We didn't have an O-line, we didn't have a D-line, what was wrong with Melvillle. There wasn't any changes to the starting line up from game one to the last game. Maybe a couple guys switched positions on offense and one defense player only started because of an injury. No changes were made and we won the patriot league. I honestly believe the starting lineup are the ones the coaches believe can win the games. Last year we did rotate RB's on offense and we had a rotation on defensive for Safety. I think Holland will be back Sat, so that is good news. Let's just get a win!!!! Can't afford not to!

Hover over where it says HD to the right of 'Live'. Then change it from Auto to HD 720p to default to HD.

Much appreciated, also uploaded newer version of Flash

Could be good not starting the 3rd with the ball...hasn't done us any favors this year.  Enough penalties, 'Gate!

Thank God, we won this game. No 2nd half melt down, though it looked that way for a while. No turnovers that I recall.  Daramy played well and Mathews showed us what we have been waiting to see. Jake was Jake.  A few back footed throws, but clutch when needed. BU is not a great team, but a win is what we were after.
Fordham beat Yale, but by less than we did.  Perhaps the Eli's are getting better.  The shocker was hapless Holy Cross beating the might Harvard Crimson.  Go figure. Shows anything can happen.
