I see from non-Colgate sites that we're playing Army in 2022, Furman in 2021 (A) and 2022 (H), Dartmouth in 2019 (A), and Yale on 9/15/18 (though this conflicts with a game at Furman according to the Colgate future schedule site - was this game moved?) These are games we should want. Vicky is doing a great job.

It's remarkable that the football season starts in about 10 weeks, yet this is the first post in 2 weeks. Everyone raved about this board when we moved from the old voy board, but I had a feeling it would result in a decline in chatter about Colgate sports.

This board is a big disappointment and I really don't know why.  The best board in the PL is Lafayette.  It is very active on all sports- including women's sports.  I wish I knew how to get the word out.  Can the school put out a notice to the various booster groups?  Any ideas out there?

Lafayette uses this same hosting site, so it's not a technology issue.  Does seem we've lost some frequent contributors since the Voy days, which is too bad.

That said, when I look at the other PL boards it seems to me they don't have a huge number of contributors... just more committed heavy posters, and guys who are very knowledgeable about their programs.  How do we develop a Rich, 137, or Andy of our own to drive conversation for those of us who are more casual posters?  I dunno...

I don't know anything a casual fan wouldn't but I did see that Holland (now #2) is listed as a junior. Will be good to have him for two years.

Might be too insular of an environment for people to give out their actual emails and then offer opinions.

There are 20+ players on campus now working and working out By July 1 that number should double.  The whole team has to report July  30.  Remember we have a very early opener with Cal Poly.
